1. Initiation of proceedings by filing criminal complaints, denunciations and preliminary complaints with the prosecution authorities;
2. Assistance and representation at all stages of criminal proceedings, including the prosecution, preliminary chamber and trial on the merits, as well as in ordinary and extraordinary appeals;
3. Drafting of pleadings, requests for the taking of evidence, appeals against the taking, maintenance and extension of preventive measures that may affect the liberty of the individual, complaints and appeals against acts of criminal prosecution, requests for the establishment of the civil party and bringing the civilly liable party to trial, as well as requests for the change of the regime of execution of the sentence, conditional release, obtaining pardon, prescription of criminal liability or execution of the sentence, legal or judicial rehabilitation.
